Custom Outdoor Shower

Custom Lobster Trap Platforms
J Morse Construction designed and built two custom pressure-treated deck platforms for NOAA to provide durable and accessible lobster trap storage. Built into a sloped hillside, the project features reinforced framing, custom stairs, and wood railings, creating a strong and functional storage solution designed for long-term use in the Cape Cod environment.
TimberTech Front Step Replacement
We transformed this front entry by removing the existing concrete and bluestone steps and rebuilding the staircase with new pressure-treated framing and premium TimberTech PVC decking. The new steps feature wide, picture-framed treads for a clean, high-end finish, while the original bluestone landing was intentionally preserved to create a unique contrast between the traditional stone entry and modern, low-maintenance decking. The finished result provides a durable, updated entrance that complements the character of the home.

Custom TimberTech Deck & Adjustable Pergola
We custom-built this multi-level outdoor living space using premium TimberTech PVC decking, complemented by white railings, custom stairs, and low-maintenance trim for a clean Cape Cod look. The project also features a custom pergola with an adjustable louvered roof system, allowing the overhead panels to open for sunlight and airflow or close to provide protection during changing weather. The finished space combines durable, low-maintenance materials with a versatile covered entertaining area designed for enjoying the outdoors in a variety of conditions.
Elevated Deck With Cable Railing System
This custom elevated deck was built to maximize the outdoor living space while taking advantage of the surrounding wooded views. The project features premium decking, clean PVC trim, and custom mohagany railings with horizontal stainless-steel cable for an open, modern look.
